Please note: Because we are a small Inn, we reserve your room with a payment of 50% of the charge at the time of reservation, and 50% within 30 days of your stay. Rates do not include taxes. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival, are permitted with a full refund less a $35 handling charge. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of total charges if the room cannot be re-rented. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure that the cancellation is received.
